The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a MNC Construction Material Wholesaler, and we are looking to hire a Sales Admin to join their business. Reporting to the Senior Sales Admin, you will provide back-end support to both the internal departments (Customer Support and Operation Business Development teams) and external customers.

• Full-time and permanent opportunity
• Work Location: near Geylang Bahru MRT
• Work Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: up to $2,800 basic + VB

The Job:

• Provide sales and technical support to new and existing customers on quotations and projects.
• Provide back-end support, collaborating with Customer Support, Operations Business Development Teams.
• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Prepare and ensure timely execution of orders to internal/ external customers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and service providers for shipment and transport arrangement.
• Follow up on status of shipment arrangement and work closely with appointed freight forwarders.
• Generate inventory and storage movement reports upon request from stakeholders.

The Talent:

• Min 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales Support.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
