Working Location: Tuas West/Jurong West (Depending on the assigned office)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am - 12 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Perform all kinds of general admin tasks, including data entry, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Manage purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), contracts, and quotations.
Attend to customers via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate the delivery of spare parts to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Liaise with suppliers and keep customers informed about the status of their shipments.
Oversee and manage inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support overseas team members and follow up on overseas requests and inquiries to ensure seamless operations across regions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
