Founded in 1988, Jarmay Enterprises is an established distributor of fine Tanyu claypots, storage bags, chef\xe2\x80\x99s knives, Fondue sets, vinegar health food and kitchenware.
We distribute a line of Jarmay Essentials professional kitchen cutlery consisting of high quality chef\xe2\x80\x99s knives made from German and Japanese steel.
Sales Admin - West
Location: Jurong East/ Clementi (10 min bus from Clementi MRT)

Job Scope:
- Handle day to day office and admin duties
- Liaise with delivery drivers and sales team on stock reconciliation
- Check on purchase orders and prepare stock for delivery
- Track inventory, monitor customer demand and plan for delivery schedule
- Provide customer service and support
- Pick and pack customers\' order
- Simple graphic design (if applicable)
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
- Min. NITEC/ Diploma in any field
- Min. 1-2 2 years of relevant experience in sales and administrative support/customer service /order fulfillment role
- Positive attitude with customer service mindset
- Good working knowledge in MS office
- Preferably can start imediately/within a short notice
- Experience in handling online E-commerce order, simple graphic design and social media support will be an advantage
