Position:
Sales Administration Officer
Reporting to:
Operation Manager - Sales Administration
Responsibilities
To maintain a close and good relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent account management services
To prepare sales reports and analysis
To provide administrative support to regional sales team
To perform system entries and master update
To process orders and handle operational documents
To co-ordinate with internal & external parties for shipping arrangement
To handle ad hoc projects
Requirements
Degree or Higher Diploma in related disciplines
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Sales Administration or Customer Services for order processing and shipment follow up etc.
Knowledge in selling computer peripheral products is an advantage
Proficient in using MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access etc.)
Knowledge in using SAP is an advantage
Good command in spoken & written English & Chinese (i.e. Putonghua & Cantonese)
Good sense of responsibility, self-motivated, attentive to detail, able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external parties
Work Arrangement
Work hours: 9am - 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
Work from office - town area(Raffles Place)
