Sales Admin / Customer Service Coordinator

for local and regional markets!


Key Responsibilities:



Process sales orders and update e-commerce product inventories. Prepare shipping and customs documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates, Form D, etc.). Coordinate with factories, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor Letters of Credit, Accounts Receivable, payments, and credit limits. Handle customer product enquiries and support returns/exchanges. Assist in ad hoc sales and logistics tasks as needed.

Requirements:



'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level, ITE, or Diploma holders. 3-5 years in sales administration, customer service, or shipping support. Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation preferred; LC experience is a plus. Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Flexible to work alternate Saturdays and extended hours during month-end.
