Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support such as general office management including invoicing management and data entry duties.
In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin duties.
Providing internal support to increase sales efficiency, productivity, or profitability.
Help to maintain a database listing of sales contracts and database which include details such as customer name, trading terms, contractual period and etc.
Generate various reports and admin duties.
Support general management team in minutes taking (Weekly Meetings) and reports sharing.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
