Provide sales administrative support to the sales team to handling incoming enquiries, assist in doing billing to customers, assist in submission / downloading documents from GeBIZ and attending to walk in customers.
Provide operation administrative support to the operation team to handling inspection documentation, assist in computing minutes of meeting based on comments provided by Project Manager and assist in doing the registration uploading to BCA\'s website.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and follow up on payment statuses.
Provide support and assist in the coordination of seminars, workshops, client servicing events and customer satisfaction surveys.
Assist in creation and preparation of marketing materials such as proposals and Powerpoint presentations.
Prepare minutes of meetings.
Any Other administrative tasks appropriate for this level.
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
