Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Issue Sales Quotation / Invoices / Delivery Order to customers.
• Liaise with suppliers to process customers\' orders.
• Liaise with customers on sales, admin, logistics issues etc as when required
• Execute all sales activities starting from preparing sales orders for distributors and dealers confirmation, follow up on sales order with respective factory, collecting payment from distributors and dealers, ensuring timely delivery of the goods from factory and timely shipping and invoicing documentation every month
• Update and monitor daily the Sales data system to support the Sales Director/Sales Manager in monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecast exercises
• Liaise with all relevant departments to maintain and upkeep the product library system by ensuring the availability and validity of product documentations
• Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned.
