Job Description


We are looking for Sales Administrator to be an essential supporting link between the Sales team operational team & customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Bilingual - English & Chinese
  • Familiar with Microsoft office applications (Excel, Words & Outlook)
  • Possess good multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities: - -Entry of sales orders to system -
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Issue DOs and process invoices
  • Administrative support
-Plan the delivery team routing and update delivery schedule-
  • Record all the orders received and ensure there is no missing delivery instructions
  • Report to the Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator & carried out any other miscellaneous tasks if required
