Job Description
:
General Sales administrative & Customer service work focusing on a combination of general sales administratiive and cutomer service work including: * Assisting sales team with and/or without using CRM software to generative administrative results relating to sales activities.
- Providing post-sales non-technical customer service and support in the form of information on product/price and resolution to issues related to shipping, delivery, complaints.
- Providing fast turn-around time for administrative solutions, , delivery status, returns and repairs.
- Acting as liaison between customers, sales team , internal and external functions of the organization related to specific customer orders.
- Facilitates resolution of escalated or sensitive customer complaints with sales team.
- Complaint resolutions will be conducted by either verbal or written contact with customers using a high degree of discretion.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of relevant working experience.
- School Leavers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Preferably Singaporean
