Sales AdministratorMy client is a market leader and specialist in the marine solutions space. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the sales team as a Sales Administrator.The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system- Process sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Coordinate with other departments such as finance and shipping to ensure timely delivery of orders- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and analysis- Support the sales team in organizing and attending trade shows and events- Conduct market research and provide insights to the sales team- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the sales managerRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPlease note : Office based in Loyang Supply Base( Near Changi)We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic and innovative company.
