Job Description


*Please note that due to the nature of the job, the incumbent will be required to work on-site. There are no visas available for this position*

  • Responsible for coordinating sales meetings and events.
  • Provide support in handling daily sales-related documentation.
  • Facilitate the sales process efficiently upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
  • Assist in taking minutes of meetings, documenting keynotes and action items.
  • Rendering support for the sales team in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
  • Prepare Quotation/Invoices.
  • Assist the sales team in compiling and organizing required documents for client interactions, to support team members in the field.
  • Work in tender bidding with the sales team to streamline the sales process.
  • Focus primarily on administrative tasks, ensuring sales back-end operations run smoothly.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in sales administration. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of PO, preparing quotations and invoices \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently. \xc2\xb7 Analytical skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

  • Performance bonus
Experience:
  • Sales administration: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
