Sales Admin

Our client is a Global Japanese Automotive Manufacturer and they are looking for a Sales Admin to join the business! Located in the central of Singapore, the incumbent will be handling shipment coordination, and documentation work.

Location: Suntec

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (with 1 day WFH and flexible hours)

Salary: Basic up to $3,200 + $180 transport allowance + VB (min. 2 months)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with 3PL for shipment arrangements
  • Preparation and compilation of shipment documents
  • Generate and record monthly internal reports
  • Travel for half-day business trip(s) quarterly to warehouse in Malaysia with manager
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other similar field
  • Preferably with familiarity in Shipping documents, SAP and Incoterms
  • Open to fresh graduates with interest in supply chain management
