Our client is a Global Japanese Automotive Manufacturer and they are looking for a Sales Admin to join the business! Located in the central of Singapore, the incumbent will be handling shipment coordination, and documentation work.
Location: Suntec
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (with 1 day WFH and flexible hours)
Salary: Basic up to $3,200 + $180 transport allowance + VB (min. 2 months)
Responsibilities
Coordinate with 3PL for shipment arrangements
Preparation and compilation of shipment documents
Generate and record monthly internal reports
Travel for half-day business trip(s) quarterly to warehouse in Malaysia with manager
Requirements
Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other similar field
Preferably with familiarity in Shipping documents, SAP and Incoterms
Open to fresh graduates with interest in supply chain management
