Duties:
Providing administrative support to the operations team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Coordinating logistics and arrangements for events, deliveries, and other operational activities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Proven experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
