Responsibilities
To perform all kinds of general admin duties such as data entry, preparing weekly and monthly reports
To handle PO, DO, Contract and quotation
To attend to customers via phone and email
To respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required
To support overseas team members and follow up on overseas requests and inquiries
