The Opportunity

• Up to $3500
• Office Hour
• Location: Toa Payoh
• UK MNC
• 10 Months Contract

The Requirement:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
• Experience of SAP, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow and Microsoft tools is advantageous

:-

• Receive and manage requests from internal and external customers.
• Working in close collaboration with the account manager(s) to support customers seeking assistance with their purchase of our products & services
• Responding to customer queries in professional and timely manner
• Working closely with central Inmarast Teams to ensure partner and sales team requests are managed in a timely manner
• Facilitating the creation of new customer accounts in Customer Master Data (CMD) via the New Cusromer process.
• Maintains Customer Master Data (CMD) in line with Inmarsat polices and within the tools provided
• Creating customer orders and manage the fulfilment process through to shipment
• Initiating credit notes for marketing incentives, and bespoke agreements
• Submitting manual billing requests as needed
• Providing other administrative support as requested
