Job Description


  • Creation of Job Sheet when requested by sales person
  • Creation of Sales Order when requested by sales person
  • Prepare Self-collection items.
  • Work closely with Sales Team to ensure smooth flow between sales and other departments.
  • Ensure payment has been collected by sales person
  • Answer Phone Calls
  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Any Ad-hoc duties and support as and when necessary
