content for our collectors! The Job As Sales Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business in Europe.
You will support the Retail Sales Manager in managing day-to-day operations and be
confident enough to manage your own accounts. You should thrive in a start-up
environment and work well with cross-functional teams to build and roll out products
that deliver our vision and product strategy. Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales management from listings to sales orders and invoicing and
liaise with the Supply Chain Manager for timely fulfilment
  • Perform accounts mapping within Europe (including the UK) to identify new
partner opportunities
  • Creating sales assets and email communications with customers using
Mailchimp or equivalent

  • Actively engage key accounts in joint creative content creation for campaigns
and promotional activities
  • Monitor optimal selling prices for new release products by building a
comprehensive pricing model through close monitoring of costs, competition,
market trends, as well as the interplay of supply and demand
  • Actively gather new leads and source new accounts to bring in new sources of
revenue to the company
  • Build strong rapport and long-lasting customer relationships by understanding
customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and having a \xe2\x80\x9cyes\xe2\x80\x9d approach to customer service
  • Research and identify emerging industry trends, market shifts, new product
innovations and competition activities to provide timely feedback to the
company for a counteractive response Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably for a
consumer products company selling directly to large national retailers or
distributors
  • Knowledge of collectibles/toy industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
  • Understanding CRM software (such as Mailchimp) is a plus
  • An accounting background or head for numbers is advantageous
  • Knowledge of, and interest in pop culture is preferred
  • Highly ambitious and results-oriented
  • Resilient and agile, quick to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and e\xef\xbf\xbdective time management skills
  • A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication
