The Sales Administration Manager will develop and increase sales of IT products to assigned Channel Partner. Responsible for achieving sales targets, profitability and meeting product objectives. This role will be 90% inbound. May need to visit vendors and customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Main point of contact for sales enquiries and quotations.
Conduct cold and warm calls for new market initiatives.
Liaise with vendors on ad-hoc pricing or discount.
Prepare and distribute reports on a timely basis.
Achieve the quarterly MBOs.
Perform any other project or duties assigned.
Growing the business through identification of potential resellers, establishing, cultivating and developing new partners.
Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source.
Working with internal teams to achieve assigned sales targets.
Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
Work closely with Order Entry, Order Margin, Freight Management, Purchasing & Warehousing, Customer Service and Quote Team.

Ability to build strong relationship quickly and effectively.

EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 3 year sales experience in IT Distribution and Networking..
