Job Description


Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist sales staff to access client info (if need to work on weekends)
  • Ensure usage of system is in accordance with regulatory and internal policies/guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data and information
  • Ensure compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
You are required to have:
  • Minimum Secondary education
  • Independent, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritize workloads within tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job location: Toa Payoh HDB Hub

Duration: 6month and (extendable on performance and business demand)
