Responsible for the booking and management of client specific campaigns ensuring JCDecaux standards are adhered to and individual client requirements are met
Offering stakeholder management internally and be proactive when offering alternatives for campaign requirements
Managing client bookings, data entry and campaign validation across different client requests
Able to communicate effectively to the clients and across different departments
Ensure that all campaigns activities are managed including accuracy of advertisement specifications, accuracy in data entry in systems
Provides administrative support, assist on compilation of sales reports and ensure that reports are submitted on time
Requirements
Min 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
A team player with positive attitude and good communication skill
Organized, have an eye for details and quality control
Strong attention to details and robust follow through
Keen interests in advertising and a desire to push boundaries for creative, out-of-the-box executions
Agile and confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to work under stress
Independent while being a good support and team player
Aptitude in picking up new systems
Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel
Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills
