Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the booking and management of client specific campaigns ensuring JCDecaux standards are adhered to and individual client requirements are met
  • Offering stakeholder management internally and be proactive when offering alternatives for campaign requirements
  • Managing client bookings, data entry and campaign validation across different client requests
  • Able to communicate effectively to the clients and across different departments
  • Ensure that all campaigns activities are managed including accuracy of advertisement specifications, accuracy in data entry in systems
  • Provides administrative support, assist on compilation of sales reports and ensure that reports are submitted on time
Requirements
  • Min 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • A team player with positive attitude and good communication skill
  • Organized, have an eye for details and quality control
  • Strong attention to details and robust follow through
  • Keen interests in advertising and a desire to push boundaries for creative, out-of-the-box executions
  • Agile and confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to work under stress
  • Independent while being a good support and team player
  • Aptitude in picking up new systems
  • Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel
  • Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills
