Sales Administrator (6 Month Contract)

Job Description

The Sales Administrator provides vital support to the Sales and Operations teams by handling quotations, bookings, and customer master data, ensuring efficient order processing and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in maintaining accurate data in SAP, enabling timely revenue recognition, and ensuring preparedness for audits.





Job Scope



Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, customer acceptance reports, billing invoices, and delivery notes Execute accurate order bookings and transactions in SAP, ensuring data integrity Ensure all orders comply with corporate policies and ISO standards Manage Export Control ICP documentation in support of ISO and export audits Maintain and regularly update electronic filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility Develop and refine sales processes to align with ISO requirements and drive operational efficiency Provide support for ISO and annual financial audits Assist with global sales administrative tasks to ensure seamless sales operations

Requirements



Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills (including formula usage) and familiarity with SAP Capable of multitasking and performing effectively under tight deadlines Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in order management systems Willing to work overtime as needed



Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park, Near MRT (5-day work)
