Job Description

What you'll do:
- Research products' condition and historical sales data to gauge their current market price.
- Ensure all enquiries via various online sales platforms are answered and followed up.
- Process quotations, order forms, and invoices for buyers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of customers' orders.
- Provide after-sales service and support when necessary.
- To support any ad hoc duties, responsibilities and projects delegated from time to timeJob Requirements:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills, and is able to work effectively within a team and independently
- Able to write and converse in English and Mandarin
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google sheets, and email)
