Job Description


  • Interface and liaise with the sales office.
  • Input sales order
  • Coordinate and discuss sales and production schedule
  • Communicate with factories concerning customers' status, stock and delivery situation.
  • Make adjustments when necessary with factory and sales companies.
  • Accessory list preparation
  • Prepare customer's blue book
  • Clearing of invoices and debit note preparation
  • Support sales members for other necessary arrangements.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge in the usage of Microsoft Office
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bedok
