We are looking for Sales Administrator to be an essential supporting link between the Sales team and all operational teams, the local logistics team, order management, and our local distributors & customers.

What will you do?
You will be responsible for SE ITB data management and customer and documentation coordination, from pre-order documentation, filing, and tracking of all Sales Orders, within SE ITB SG. Work involves extensive dealing with Sales Team, Distributors, Resellers, End Customers, 3rd party warehouse on matters such as order status, PO discrepancy. You will also provide administrative support in the day-to-day running of the Sales office.

We are looking for someone who is energic, adaptive, dynamic, self-driven, positive attitude, and acts like an owner with communication efficiency to all levels and be ready to take charge on demanding daily operations and step up to manage the commercial operations of the team in the future.
You shall have decent excel skills, good skills of English, and are willing to learn and be open-minded with a complex organisation.
