Responsible for sales operations and administrative support for the SEA Affiliate Distribution and Digital Partnerships Team across all partners for the combined channel and digital portfolio for Warner Bros. Discovery.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized and meticulous individual who is able to work independently, and as part of a small team.
The candidate must be a self-starter with a can-do attitude who will be able to work with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that all administrative and operations activities are conducted on a timely basis. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, the candidate will play a key role in tracking, compiling and monitoring essential reports and the maintenance of customer databases and systems to support the team in meeting overall objectives.
Responsibilities:
Provide sales support, administration, operations and coordination related tasks for the SEA Affiliate Distribution and Digital Partnerships team including but not limited to:
Compile, track, monitor and follow up on monthly subscriber and related reports to ensure reports are received in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain decoder database and systems, tracking and managing activations and deactivations of decoders, coordinating decoder purchases and liaising with internal and affiliate teams on all matters relating to signal transmission, maintenance and technical incidents
Maintain and update affiliate distribution lists and databases
Coordinate and communicate advisories, technical maintenance, and other notices to affiliates
Assist in organisation and coordination of industry conference and events, including internal and affiliate related visits and events
Project Management for new launches, sales forums and other interdepartmental initiatives
Industry Research and identifying new leads and avenues for growth for the distribution team
Assist with travel arrangements for distribution team, as needed
Responsible for general administrative and operations tasks such as creation of purchase orders, local and overseas courier arrangements etc.
Provide adhoc sales & administrative support as required and necessary
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in business, management, marketing or similar
Significant sales operations and administrative experience preferred, strong ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Effectively billingual in English and Chinese, any additional language is a plus
Desirables:
Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous, self-driven and detail oriented
Having a keen interest in TV series and movies or prior experience in PayTV or media industry is a plus
