Responsibilities: * Provides support to centre operations and general administrative work * Maintains the centre's database * Liaise with Principal, Teachers, Parents, and different regulator Responsibilities: Provides support to centre operations and general administrative work Maintains the centre's database Liaise with Principal, Teachers, Parents, and different regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters for families Collection of monthly school fees and invoices and supplier payments Prepares monthly accrual Assist in the timely ordering and replenishing of office items, daily menu items and teaching resources. Attend to telephone calls and feedback from parents Process enrolment documents and follow up with parents for pending documents and fees Ensure that the preschool admission packages and documents are complete and kept up-to-date Assist in other admission activities, as and when needed by the school To deliver all other admin duties assigned by the principal and management Requirements: Minimum 'N' Level with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Has initiative, is proactive and able to multitask Able to work independently and as a team player Location: Blk 173 Yishun Working Hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm 1 Sat per mth, 8am to 12pm
