We are a leading gas detection equipment company servicing for the Marine, Offshore Production & Shipping, Oil & Gas Refining, Semiconductor Manufacturing & Institution Laboratories.
Due to our development and rapid expansion, we are actively searching for qualified and committed individuals to join our workforce.
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of clerical and administrative support to the sales team such as filing, data entry, photocopying, binding, scanning etc.
Liaise with customer to request for vessel stamp.
Upload and submit e-invoice to customers.
Handle walk-in customer and phone enquiries.
Managing of catalogues and exhibition materials when required.
Coordinate printing of name cards.
Maintain and manage office supplies and pantry supplies ensuring adequate stock.
Opening mail box, distributing letters to various departments, mailing of letters and courier of documents (DHL/FedEx/Local Courier).
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level or Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in using Oracle SAP is an added advantage
Possess good working attitude and have strong sense of responsibility
Mature and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision
Must be positive and have initiative to solve problems
Able to start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage.
