Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Research products' condition and historical sales data to gauge their current market price.
  • Ensure all enquiries via various online sales platforms are answered and followed up.
  • Process quotations, order forms and invoices for buyers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of customers' orders.
  • Provide after sales service and support when necessary.
  • To support any ad hoc duties, responsibilities and projects delegated from time to time
Job Requirements:
  • Positive learning attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Possesses good interpersonal communication skills, and is able to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Able to write and converse in English and Mandarin
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft office, Google sheets and email)
