TEMPORARY WORK FROM HOMEJOB DESCRIPTION1) Create sales quotations and proposals.
2) Purchase order monitoring.
3) Product delivery monitoring.
4) Assist with the bidding documents needed by the Sales.
5) Prepare and process vendor or supplier accreditation.
6) Monitor and update reports needed by BDM.
7) Perform other functions and activities whether related or unrelated to the position, which may be assigned from time as dictated by business exigencies
8) Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Relevant experience in admin work is preferred
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome as long as they mature and can work independent
  • Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills have strong connection ability with the other Team
  • Result driver, flexible and keen on details
  • Willing to travel if needed
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
