Job Scope: * Account management for company accounts and designated accounts (AR statuses, new requirements, pricing updates, credit limit adjustments, etc) * Follow up and execute on quotations Job Scope: Account management for company accounts and designated accounts (AR statuses, new requirements, pricing updates, credit limit adjustments, etc) Follow up and execute on quotations, product information, account action / remedy plans and ensure product sales cycle completion Follow up with vendors and coordinate with sales team accordingly to meet buy in date and price targets (adhoc/ scheduled trade purchases) Provided information, feedbacks, and reports to the sales manager Effectively collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and liaison with customers on sales and stock aging monitoring Creation of sales orders loading To assist in billing process Updating of vendor prices Update on AR aging receivables statuses from customers Any other necessary adhoc duties assigned Committed to Assurance, Convenience and Timeliness KPIs Qualification: At least 2-3 years of experience as a sales administration or in other administrative positions. Good computer skills (MS Office/ Excel/ Power point/ any other ERP system: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) Proficiency in English Well-organized, systematic and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Diploma in business administration or relevant field.
