To follow up daily orders with overseas offices, customers, suppliers and internal parties, take up all related documentation jobs (e.g. customer registration in system, issue contracts and shipping documents) by updating business data on internal database (e.g. SAP system, spreadsheet, etc.)
To be responsible for shipping related operations (e.g. shipment and logistics arrangement/ courier shipment arrangement/ import & export custom declaration, etc.)
To perform general administrative and clerical support for the dept (e.g. car booking, meeting room booking, expenses claims, hotel booking, etc.)
To perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 3-5 years of relevant documentation experiences in offshore trading area
Good command of English and Mandarin
Good command of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Typing
Experience in using SAP system is highly preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork, able to work under pressure and finish assigned and ad hoc jobs within time constraint
Salary: 18000 - 25000
