A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Inbound Sales Agent, you’ll facilitate resolution of customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. To excel in your role, you need to be passionate, communicative, and patient, empathizing with the customer and able to gather much-needed feedback. Your day could see you:

• 
  Consult inbound customers looking to purchase live events tickets and close each sale at point of contact
• 
  Utilize sales techniques (ex. product-based and consultative/solution selling, etc.) to professionally lead customers through the selection and purchase process
• 
  Identifying opportunities to upsell
• 
  Consistently provide excellent, polite, and courteous service to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• 
  Develop expertise with live events and varying venues across the country
• 
  Continuously look for ways to help improve our processes and customer experience
• 
  Working with intermediate supervision
• 
  Referring the service and meeting the goals set by the company

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• 
  1+ years of experience in metric driven sales & proven results hitting goals
• 
  Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
• 
  A desire to learn and develop sales skills, and the motivation to continue developing professionally
• 
  Natural ability to go above and beyond to solve the customer's concerns
• 
  Excellent communicator in English language (written).
• 
  Excellent communicator in English language
• 
  Knowledgeable about contact center operations and metrics.
• 
  High School Diploma
• 
  Customer Service skills a plus
• 
  Exceptional listener; able to comprehend well
• 
  Open to working in shifting schedules
