DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn well the product range and services offered, including the sales terms (such as special features, return and warranty policies)
• Set targets for the sales department
• Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
• Monitor competition and follow current developments
• Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
• Motivate sales team to achieve great results
• Find prospective customers and new target segments
• Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication
• Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
• Communicating with office staff regarding job orders and updating paper works
• Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
• Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 35yrsold. and below
• Candidate must be at least College Level, or have a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree of any field.
• Must have good communication and/or interpersonal skills.
• WILLING TO DO FIELD WORK
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and have good attention to detail
• Good computer skills in Windows Office Word & Excel
• Can complete Tasks fully and well
• Can work well with others and as a team
• Good moral character / Attitude
• Good communication skills

A PLUS! Has good handwriting or can write legibly.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php10,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus
