Our client in the alcoholic industry is seeking Sales Ambassador
Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm, providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service. Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences and guide them in selecting the perfect whisky that suits their taste and occasion.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our whisky collection, including the characteristics, production methods, and history of various whiskies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new releases to effectively communicate product information to customers.
Merchandising: Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized sales floor. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays that highlight our whisky products effectively.
Customer Feedback: Actively seek customer feedback and address any concerns or queries promptly. Use customer insights to improve service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Passion and appreciation for whisky, with a strong desire to learn and share knowledge with customers.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
