Responsibilities
1. Conduct research and create compelling content that is in line with the company's brand image2. Organize and manage the day-to-day social media strategy, company website, and sales operations for the business3. Create content for digital marketing purpose including but not limited to image, video and text4. Assist with the operational aspects of creating campaign assets across several ad platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Tik Tok5. Audit and analyze social media presence, engagement, and following, analyze social trends and statistics, and quantify the success of social media activities6. Answer enquiries and create conversations with potential customers on social media to convert them into sales7. Assist with in-store retail jewellery salesRequirements
1. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English2. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu3. Good photography and videography skills, and good sense of design to create ad and social media content3. Analytical and creative, willing to experiment with new marketing initiatives on various platforms to grow the business4. Proactive and positive attitude towards active learning, performance and results-oriented5.
