• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner and responds to customers' questions.

• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Manages financial transactions.
• Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved
• Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent with retail sales experience preferred
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per weekPay: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per monthBenefits:
