Job Responsibilities:
To source for new business with potential customers
To increase the customer database
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
Interact, engage and built a good relationship with customer
To manage customer satisfaction needs and requirements
To follow up with potential leads into sales
Develop marketing strategy for the company to increase monthly sales
Take photo, edit and post content in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and e-commerce platform to promote the services provided (ie installation of solar film and paint protection film for car, building and bicycle etc, car detailing, ceramic coating & grooming services)
Organize customer visits and conduct presentations regarding the product specification (ie installation of solar film for house's window)
To issue quotation to customers and prepare invoice
To follow up payment with customers
Requirements:
At least O-Level (preferred experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Management)
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Organized, good coordination and follow up skills
Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Possess strong hunter mentality business sense and industry expertise
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Initiative, responsible and positive attitude
Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
Preferred driving license
Preferred short notices or immediate available candidates
Salary and Benefit:
Base pay $2,500 plus commission (need to achieve sales target)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm
14 days annual leave / year
