Marketing Strategy1.Plan and execute marketing communication and promotional campaigns to impact the target retail customers and trade audiences through appropriate channels (social media, eDM, print, retail merchandising and below-the-line brand/product engagement onsite events etc.)2.Generate report and monitor the efficiency of product/marketing strategies3.Constantly looking for new business ideas/ opportunities4.Identify and interpret social media trends and propose appropriate actions to increase level of engagement with customers5.Support communication materials for internal and external communications6.Manage all advertising collaterals and promotion space7.Constantly review data and suggest new analysis to improve performance8.Develop and implement social media strategy9.Content Creator for Social Media Marketing.10.Overall in-charge for brand marketing.Secondary Role: Operations Management1.Research and Identify competitors2.Identify key requirement for products or upgrades3.Day to Day Retail Sales Transactions4.Customer Management5.Company Product Development6.Work closely with the GM on the products and overall operation matters.
