What do we provide to you?

As a Sales & Service Manager, your role & responsibilities are;

Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Participate in the development of company sales strategy
Identification and development of new customer
Visit customers and provide full training regularly
Develop and maintain competitive analysis, market size and new application explore
Work with our principal regard design, selling cost calculation, delivery and quality regarding customer’s issues
Supervise site service for heat transfer equipment
Good command of written and spoken in English
Prepare weekly sales activity report & quotation logs

Who are we looking for?

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative, assistant sales manager or sales manager, minimum 5 years in Sales background.
Experience in heat transfer equipment design
Familiar in servicing & maintenance of heat transfer equipment
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
Good business sense and industry expertise.
Valid driving license
