Sales Analyst, Centurion Membership
This role requires the incumbent to focus on acquisition of customers for key premium products for American Express. The scope will encompass identifying leads sources of key clients and effectively acquire them as card members. The incumbent is expected to achieve set targets, provide customer service delivery and deepen relationship with card members through cross sell/upgrade and referrals.
In addition, the incumbent is also responsible for the following responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and generate new leads by making outbound calls, meeting customers and expand on referral pool to grow a profitable premium consumer card base.
  • Handle inbound calls (through hotlines) with utmost professionalism.
  • Provide consultation to customer on card related information, application requirements, choice of cards, annual card fees and so forth.
  • Manage customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and maintain relationship by providing support in a timely manner.
  • Ensure complete and accurate processing of card applications, including acquiring proof of income declaration and documentation.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, New Accounts, Travel and lifestyle services team) to facilitate application and/or resolve any friction during and after application journey.
  • Research & pre-qualify potential customer\xe2\x80\x99s profile by preparing detailed KYC report and supporting information for premium card membership review.
  • Closely monitor and follow up on card application status to ensure a prompt turn-around of card approvals, and support internal KPI such as reducing the number of applications that are cancelled, pending or rejected.
  • Adhere to applicable rules, regulations and internal policies, procedures and control.
  • Support all marketing initiative.

  • Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with card member.
