Responsibilities: * Sorting out of daily post-delivery orders that have been returned from drivers into: Completed, Not Delivered and Incomplete Delivery. Following up on Not Delivered and Incomple Responsibilities: Sorting out of daily post-delivery orders that have been returned from drivers into: Completed, Not Delivered and Incomplete Delivery. Following up on Not Delivered and Incomplete Delivery status. Planning of delivery outlets routes and booking additional vehicles when needed daily. Applying of delivery slots or passes for delivery when required. Strong communication and control with delivery drivers and the logistic provider. Proper monthly tracking of additional vehicle services and wholesalers' incentive tracking. Issuing of rebates, discounts, incentive and consignment billings (credit notes/debit notes) to customers within the month. Ad-Hoc admin duties such as ordering of product stickers/label. Managing Shop operations, stock inventories and month end billing for shop sales weekly. (Including Ad-Hoc Corporate Roadshows) Ad-Hoc order-processing and other admin duties when fellow colleagues are away on long absence. Other ad-hoc admin duties as delegated by manager.
