Job Responsibilities and Duties As a Full-time sales and marketing executive, you are required to:

• Work with the management to devise sales and marketing strategies (brand awareness, differentiation, identifying target group, creating short and long term goals, choice of platform, ensuring that such strategies align with the company\'s values etc)
• Preparing a budget report and gather resources
• Engage potential students and enrol new students through marketing campaigns, calls, and emails
• Introduce the course program and our school to the potential students, and explain why it would be beneficial for them to enrol
• Follow up with queries from parents/students in a timely and professional manner
• Inform parents/students about fee collection deadlines and liaise with the course coordinator on payment
• Maintain positive relationship with our clients and our team
• Exhibit honesty and integrity in all your dealings Be proactive and assist team members as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field. Candidates with a diploma/degree in an education-related major will have an advantage.
• Proven track record in sales, with a minumum of 3 years\' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Chinese language is required as you will be liaising with Chinese speakers
• Experience in the use of CRM, in sales and customer service
• Familiarity in using ads and marketing tools and platforms (ie Canva, SEO, Social media, Google Analytics/Trends etc)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven and self-motivated
• Excellent team player who motivates his/her team members
• A go-getter who sets and achieve monthly targets and goals.

Working hours Monday to Friday - 0900 to 1800 (including break time)

Renumeration Package

• Basic from $2,500
• Monthly commission guaranteed ( higher than market rate )
• Bonus and AWS
