Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee promotion of property sales on various advertising media
- Oversee preparation and approval of documents (purchase agreements, lease contracts etc.)
- Property inspection to ensure compliance with housing laws and policies
- Assist and support Sales and Marketing in carrying out marketing plans
- Responsible for administration work related to the sales process
- Facilitate property deals
- Monitor property market
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field required
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Candidate must have knowledge of real estate, online marketing
