Job Responsibilities

• Oversee promotion of property sales on various advertising media
• Oversee preparation and approval of documents (purchase agreements, lease contracts etc.)
• Co-responsible for the marketing and sales of new launch project
• Designed digital marketing materials for project sales, retail malls and corporate communications
• Responsible for the market research for land sales and residential projects

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
