Job Description
DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our fruit shop during the night shift.
- Engage with customers, both in person and over the phone, to provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist with their purchase decisions.
- Actively promote our fruit shop and its products through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and local advertising.
- Execute creative marketing initiatives to attract customers to our shop during the night shift.
- Collaborate with the team to create eye-catching displays and arrange products to maximize visual appeal.
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed during the night shift.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors\' activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Take care of walk-in customers. Help to cut and pack the fruits for the customers.
- Take order from phone and delivery to them.
- Required to Cut the fruits especialy durian.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop.
- Required to work on weekends & public holidays.
- Required to work on night shif
