Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible to:
Achieve or exceed sales targets through sales of Trilogy products and solutions
Responsible in expanding Trilogy services and/or products to overseas markets
Help to maintain Trilogy websites
Develop and implement sales strategies; drive marketing and branding activities including leads harvesting/ hunting and outreach, etc. via digital platforms to create corporate awareness, reach out to potential prospects and increase sales
Generate leads via various distribution channels, including but not limited to cold calling, door-to-door selling, customers’ visits, internet, business directories, product brochures, direct e-mailers, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), associations, partners’ referrals, exhibitions and networking events etc.
Identify new business opportunities, develop, secure and expand new customers’ accounts
Build and foster sustainable collaboration and long-term open relationship with current, potential and new clients by providing support, information, answering enquiries, recommending new products and service improvements
Work closely with other stakeholders on customers’ requirements and delivery schedule to achieve total customer satisfaction
Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration, e.g. submit quotation and follow-up with enquiries within stipulated turnaround time, proper records of customers’ details, scanning of name cards.
Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches to garner and maximize more sales and potential partnerships so that all possible, new or enhanced opportunities are exploited.
Attend weekly sales meeting, share updates of activities, keep abreast of market trends and provide market analysis insights (e.g. target segment demographics, trends, etc) and competitors study, etc.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior, e.g. prepare sales, KPI and channel effectiveness reports, provide support to affiliated company, Trilogy Technologies where required, assist to revamp website, etc.
