Job Responsibilities

Oversee promotion of property sales on various advertising media
Oversee preparation and approval of documents (purchase agreements, lease contracts etc.)
Property inspection to ensure compliance with housing laws and policies
Assist and support Sales and Marketing in carrying out marketing plans
Responsible for administration work related to the sales process
Facilitate property deals
Monitor property market

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in related field required
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
