- Identifying potential customers and qualifying leads through research and outreach.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Learning about the company\xe2\x80\x99s products or services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Participating in cold calls or follow-ups under supervision to engage potential clients.
- Assist in content creation and creating promotional materials for our website and social media
- Performing Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team when needed
- Strong attention to detail and organised
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and marketing tools
- Flexibility in working remotely
