Drive car sales, handle buyer/seller negotiations, and oversee consignment arrangements.
Manage vehicle intake, postings, pricing analysis, and end-to-end sales documentation.
2) Client Engagement & Lead Handling
Be the main point of contact for incoming leads (via WhatsApp Business platform).
Coordinate with marketing for ad placements and maintain regular seller updates.
Track leads and provide market feedback to clients.
3) Workshop & Vehicle Readiness
Work with in-house workshops (Sprayboxx & Porschify) for car grooming and repairs.
Ensure all vehicles are showroom-ready and service compliant.
4) Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and lead a team of at least 3 Sales Agents within the first 3 months.
Oversee team performance and support both internal and external lead generation.
5) Reporting & Strategy
Provide regular updates to the Director on sales progress, team output, and market trends.
Who We're Looking For
Experience in car sales, retail sales, or related fields preferred.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Organized and proactive, able to manage both clients and team members effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business is a bonus.
